Four more Telly Awards to MDS for hot tropical spots
Sun-drenched, palm-studded commercials for Montecito Property Company bring MDS Advertising Agency four Tellys
MDS Advertising earned a quartet of Telly Awards for its video and internet commercials for Montecito Palm Beach, a luxury condominium property in West Palm Beach owned by conversion giant and MDS client Montecito Property Company. The awards were made in Editing and Real Estate categories for TV and Internet Commercial competition.
Austin, TX—The agency’s goal was to sweep potential homebuyers into a full-on experience of the ‘beautiful life’ at Montecito’s newest luxury condominium property and leave them wanting to own a piece of it. Using a fast-moving and tightly edited montage of original photography, video and digital effects, MDS intricately fitted the production with sun, surf and palm-laden images, scenic couples and property shots of amenities, pools, fountains and designer interiors. The results were dramatic. After the spots had been in rotation and on the internet for little over three weeks, Montecito’s Palm Beach community sold out.
