The Telly Awards

This global competition honors the very best local, regional, and cable television commercials and programs, video and film productions; web commercials, videos and films.

Since 1978, the mission of the Telly Awards has been to strengthen the visual arts community by inspiring, promoting, and supporting creativity. The 27th Annual Telly Awards received over 13,000 entries from all 50 states and 5 continents. Telly Awards recognize the finest in creative work and winners include the most prestigious agencies, production companies, in-house creative departments and TV stations in the world.

Judges review entries against strict standard of excellence; entries do not compete against each other. Smaller companies and organizations and multinational companies vie for recognition under the same standards for the sleek Telly statuette, a trophy hand made by the same firm that produces the Oscar and the Emmy Awards. All Telly judges are past winners of the Silver Telly— the competition’s highest honor, and are top industry professionals who can expertly exercise the historical standards of the Telly competition.

The Telly is the largest and most prestigious award of its kind. It receives entries from all 50 states and 30 countries around the world –a truly global and diverse competition.

The Davey Awards

Small firms. Big, beautiful ideas.

Big agencies don’t have a corner on great creative; in fact, some of the freshest, biggest and best creative comes out of small organizations. Honoring that creative is what the Davey Awards is all about.

The Davey Awards is an international competition for smaller firms and agencies; it recognizes high-level creative excellence in advertising, marketing, design, film/video/media, graphic design, and commercial art and photography. Silver, gold and best of show awards are given in six mediums in an annual competition that brings entries from smaller, elite creative groups across the world.

The Davey is sanctioned and judged by the International Academy of the Visual Arts (IACVA), an invitation-only body consisting of top-tier professionals from a ‘Who’s Who’ of acclaimed media, advertising and marketing firms. IACVA members include execs from top companies such as Yahoo!, MTV,The Ellen Degeneres Show, HBO, Sotheby’s Institute of Art, and Wired magazine.

The Summit Awards

Recognition for going beyond the expected.

The Summit Awards organization is committed to furthering excellence in the international communications industry. Its rigorous awards competitions are dedicated to recognizing companies and individuals whose work reaches past what is required. The competition draws high interest from creatives in a spectrum of countries from Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, and Japan, North and South America and others.

The Summit organization has established itself as one of the leading arbiters of communication excellence. The Summit’s competitive awards program attracts top entries from companies and individuals from 50 countries on five continents in this truly global ad industry competition. Summit Award judges utilize rigorous evaluative criteria and blind judging processes designed to keep things anonymous in the interest of keeping creative excellence the sole standard of merit; its competitions seek to reward only those firms truly deserving of special recognition. These elegant and hard-earned trophies are tough to win. Of the 4,000+ entries submitted from around the world, the number of awards is strictly limited; fewer than 7% of all entries may earn either Bronze or Silver Summits; while 85 to 88% of all submitted entries receive no recognition. Only one gold award is give in each category and only when scoring qualifications are met; only five Best of show awards are made.

The Summit Awards organization conducts the Summit Creative Awards and the Summit Marketing Effectiveness Awards.
