David Hubbard is the Executive Director of Creative Services for MDS Advertising, the agency he co-founded in 1991. As the creative head of MDS, David takes the strategic lead for brand giants like DELL Computer Corporation, Compaq, Motorola and WAL-MART. He's also had the privilege of working with respected non-profit accounts including Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and American Red Cross as well as institutions such as The University of Texas Investment Management Company (UTIMCO) and One World Theatre. David is a lifelong visionary. His highly developed ability to envision the full potential for any client, brand or project success has ideally suited him to lead his agency. With inventive award-winning style, he continually delivers fresh creative that keeps the MDS client roster coming back for more. A fluent idea guy and deep thinker with a real passion for his industry, David’s focus for MDS has remained constant over the past 17 years: to produce top quality, award-winning work, on-target breakthrough creative that strategically drives the client’s brand personality forward and delivers the BEST ROI results possible—no matter what the challenge. If he had time to live a double life, in all probability he would be a world-renowned modern architect, splitting his time jetting between Dubai and Tokyo, designing outrageous, futuristic buildings and taking extended yoga retreats in the Himalayas.




Victoria Marasco is the co-founder and executive managing director for MDS Advertising, overseeing all client relations and account services for the Austin ad agency. An enchanting and cordial left-brainer, Victoria is a talented software cognoscente whose first company designed and marketed sophisticated risk management applications for hospitals. Victoria has a fearless passion for systems, technology and financial management. She’s been seen diving exuberantly into technical literature that would chill the average human, and emerge hours later enthusiastic and at the top of the next wave of technology innovation. An expert at production costing, budget and account management, Victoria is brainy and beautiful; the MDS leader worked on the creative side of the industry in Los Angeles and Chicago--as a commercial print and television model for ad agency legends like BBD&O, McCann Erikson and Ogilvy and Mather on major international accounts like Cadillac, Kodak and Budweiser, a career stint that gave her a deep appreciation for the workings of the industry and the creative, people side of advertising. If Victoria had time for a second career, she likely would be director of global relations for a major non-profit headquartered in India.
