We like to keep it simple. Here are our six steps to success.

1. Discovery. We explore your business, your competitors, your customers, your competitors' customers, the economic environment, social trends, and new developments in the field of advertising and marketing.

2. Strategy. We take all the facts we learned during Discovery and we explore them for interesting relationships. These relationships lead to several creative and media strategies to be explored.

3. Create. We may focus on a single strategy, or assign different strategies to different teams, who then create campaigns for consideration.

4. Evaluate. We use further research and other methods of testing to settle on a recommended direction for your approval.

5. Implement. The approved approach is executed.

6. Measure. The results are measured and evaluated. If adjustments are needed, we make them quickly and accurately.
